06 / Questions

Straight answers before you book

We plan festival routes. The quote is the stay, the travel legs, and the planning fee. Everything below describes how our planning service actually works.

Route question that is not covered here? Send it to our planners.

Are you an official festival partner?

No. animalshelteer.com is an independent trip organizer. We build the stay and the travel legs around the dates you confirm.

Can the itinerary still change after I approve it?

Yes. Each route stays editable until you confirm the booking, and the planner shows every swap before it is applied. After confirmation, changes depend on supplier terms: hotel cancellation windows, train fare rules, and bus amendment fees are listed on each leg, so you can see the cost of a change before you make it.

What exactly is included in the price you quote?

Every quote separates our planning fee, supplier costs, mandatory local fees, and taxes. The total appears before confirmation, not after. Nothing is added silently at checkout, and optional extras such as late-night transfers or extra nights are shown as separate lines you can remove.

How do you check that a trip is safe?

We ask you to read your own government's travel advisory for the destination before booking, and again in the week before departure. We reference the same advisories when we draft a route, and we flag legs that cross a border or run overnight. If an advisory changes, we share the options with the supplier terms attached.

Who are these trips designed for?

Young independent travelers, usually between 18 and 30, who move by train and bus and stay in hostels, guesthouses, or shared apartments. Travelers under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian, and some accommodations apply their own age rules, which we list on the stay chip.

What standard of stay and transport do you book?

We name the category, the walking distance to the venue or station, the cancellation terms, and any accessibility notes for each stay. Transport legs show departure and arrival times, the operator, the duration, and the price so you can compare a slower cheaper leg against a faster one.

06 / Start your route

Tell us the dates. We draw the route.

Send your festival month, departure city, and group size. You get an editable itinerary with stay and transport options, plus the full cost line before anything is booked.
